The Stingray by R82 is a special needs stroller that’s more than just a little different. Designed to provide maximum comfort for the occupant and ease of configuration and control for the carer, this stroller ticks all the boxes. There are 2 seat sizes available to accommodate your growing child and you can even surprise them with one of a selection of vibrant colors available: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink and grey. The high tech carbon fibre frame is enough to get you up and ready to go, plus it’s completely and quickly foldable, making it a pleasure to store or transport. This sleek and racy frame is ultra-lightweight and with 2 front castors that can swivel 360 degrees or be locked; large durable back castors; stable brakes and outstanding suspension, steering and manipulation couldn’t be easier than with the stingray. What’s more, the handlebar is height adjustable in 2 positions to accommodate the carer.

Now we get to the really exciting part, aside from a seamless 45 degree tilt and full back recline feature, the Stingray seat can actually do a full 180 degree swivel…while the child is comfortably seated! This revolutionary innovation will allow you to keep watch over a child or shield them from the sun during a walk and the ease of configuration, all with a seated occupant, is something you won’t find on any other special needs stroller. 

Take your pick of a host of unique accessories, as well as vests, belts and special supports, which are available to meet every one of the user’s special needs. One such accessory is a transit bracket system that will allow you to safely transport users up to 88 lb. in a bus or vehicle, with full approval by ISO 7176/19-2001 standards. You also have the option of swapping the seat between a hi-lo indoor base and the dynamic outdoor setup.
