Gazelle PS (Prone & Supine) Stander by R82

In response to sound evidence that regular standing therapy in abduction can halt or even reverse the adverse effects of hip migration in children with cerebral palsy, R82 has created a standing frame that provides up to 30 degrees of abduction in each leg. What’s more, each leg’s abduction angle can be individually adjusted, catering to the special needs of children with a host of unique symptoms and diagnoses. This device’s manual leg abduction mechanism operates in an anatomically correct motion, in order to help seat the head of the femur in position in the acetabulum.

Special ball joints in the gazelle’s footplates allow for the optimal positioning and support of almost any necessary ankle or foot placement.
