Rifton Prone Stander
Social Interaction & Strength Building for the Future!
Providing “eye-level” standing with full anterior support, the Rifton Prone Stander is loved by therapists and educators allowing users to engage in social and classroom activities. Ideal for encouraging improvement in head & neck control, the stander can be tilted in the forward position allowing the natural pull of gravity, while the main board can be adjusted to encourage independent posture at the user’s level of comfort. Gradual weight bearing can adjusted from 0º-85º allowing parents & therapists to monitor progress, also great for multi-user settings!
Rifton is legendary for their thoughtful design and the Prone Stander is no exception… the frame is carefully constructed with open access, allowing usage of both arms to engage in activities while encouraging head & neck control. The curved base design allows the caregiver to carefully position themselves into just the right spot to assist.
The Prone Stander comes in 3 Sizes and 2 Colors and can accommodate users from 25” to 72” (inches) and up to 200lbs (pounds). Just a note: The Prone Stander doesn’t come with a tray in the standard configuration. We encourage you to add one if the stander will be used while engaging in activities or using communication devices.
